Aberdeen Income and Growth VCT PLC (formerly Murray VCT 4 PLC) is a generalist VCT, managed by Aberdeen Asset Managers. The manager aims to invest the VCT portfolio in up to 70 companies, typically putting no more than 3% of the fund into any one holding. Some VCTs invest in as few as 10 companies, but the manager prefers to create a larger and more diversified portfolio.
Aberdeen Income and Growth VCT PLC is a constituent of the FTSE All-Share Index and has one class of share.
Aberdeen Income and Growth VCT PLC aims to achieve long term capital and income growth principally through investment in smaller unlisted and AIM quoted companies in the United Kingdom.
